Cookies and browser storage

This policy describes storage used by the Lespa Software public website and explains when separate tools use additional storage. Cookies are sent to the website with requests; local storage stays in your browser until it is removed.

You can accept all current optional preferences, reject them, or save your selection in Cookie settings. Optional appearance storage starts off. Closing the popup or continuing to browse does not enable it. Rejecting optional storage does not prevent you from using the public website.

Reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time to change or withdraw your choice. We remember each saved choice for 180 days, then ask again. If you turn appearance preferences off, we remove the saved theme; the current page can keep its appearance, while future pages start in dark mode. If your browser blocks cookies, we may be unable to remember your choice. With JavaScript disabled, optional appearance storage is not used.

Created when you save, accept or reject optional preferences. Stores the settings version, your appearance-storage choice and when it was saved. It is available across public pages on the same host, is not shared with other domains, and contains no advertising identifier.

Optional local storage · Lespa Software

Remembers a light or dark appearance only when appearance preferences are enabled. It remains until you withdraw permission, clear browser storage, or revisit the site after your choice expires. Without permission, the theme switch still works for the current page without saving the choice.

PHPSESSID

Essential cookie · Lespa Software · session

Used by tools that need to maintain a session, including signed-in dashboards and game sessions. Its lifetime is the browser session, which may be restored by your browser. Opening an ordinary public page no longer starts a PHP session. An existing session cookie from a previous visit or another tool is left intact so that changing cookie preferences does not sign you out.

Analytics and advertising

The public pages do not currently load analytics, advertising or remarketing cookies. There are no settings for these unused categories, and accepting the current optional preferences does not authorize future tracking services.

Storage used by separate services

These services do not load just because you open a public page. Their storage is separate from the public website's appearance setting:

  • Inkart sign-in and registration: Google reCAPTCHA checks requests for abuse and may set _GRECAPTCHA when it runs. Google controls this cookie. See Google's reCAPTCHA cookie information and privacy policy.
  • Maintenance access: lespa_maintenance_bypass is a security cookie for authorized administrator access during maintenance, lasting up to one hour. It is not issued during ordinary public browsing; maintenance mode is currently disabled.
  • Tool preferences: GeoReflex uses soundsEnabled, the AI tools directory uses favorites, and ReconLite uses reconlite-theme in local storage. Inkart's assistant tools can use historySettings. These settings are managed within those tools and can also be removed through your browser's site-data controls.
  • Embedded Google documents: Some Inkart dashboard pages embed Google presentations or documents. Google receives requests when those pages are opened and may use its own cookies according to its policies and your Google settings.

The public site also requests fonts from Google Fonts. A request to an external provider can disclose connection information, such as an IP address, even when no cookie is involved. Links to other websites are governed by those websites' policies when you follow them.

Browser controls and contact

Your browser lets you inspect and remove cookies and local storage. Removing essential session cookies can sign you out of tools; removing the consent cookie makes the settings popup appear again. Third-party cookies must be managed using your browser or the provider's controls.
