A practical workspace for the Inkart team

Built for Inkart, this custom web application brings staff tools, race operations and management tasks together. A responsive interface and role-based navigation give each team access to the tools relevant to its work.

Race-day operations

Marshals can check kart availability, maintain kart notes and follow up on the fleet. RaceManager tracks pitstops, refuelling, warnings and penalties. Blue Flags uses timing data to estimate when faster karts will catch up, supporting marshals with a dedicated trackside display.

People, kitchen and administration

Monthly colleague recognition, submission overviews, score reports and staff feedback support day-to-day team management. Account and access management keep administrative tools available to the appropriate users.

The kitchen workspace combines a product library, menu building and a calculator that scales preparation quantities to the number of guests. Preparation lists can be copied or printed. A CSV tool helps select, split and export the columns needed for other workflows.

Employees with access can also track their own hours and pay in a private, encrypted workspace, with monthly summaries and payment tracking.
